Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with Sought After The Label — we’re so happy you’re here! Below is everything you need to know before placing an order.
Shipping
- 2–3 business days, unless marked as preorder.
- worldwide — rates & delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Missing or Lost Packages
Once your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
At that point, Sought After is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
We cannot refund or replace items that:
- Were delivered to the correct address
- Were stolen or picked up by someone else
- Are lost after delivery is confirmed
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and secure at checkout.
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you can’t find it:
- Check with neighbors, building managers, or household members
- Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
We’re happy to support you however we can, but we are not liable once a package is marked delivered.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. However, you can return for store credit or request an exchange.
To Return for Store Credit:
- Within 14 days of delivery
- unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Contact Soughtafterthelabel@gmail.com with your order number to begin
To Exchange:
- order number and the new size or item you'd like
- are available for domestic orders
